Versions ("Latest" is NOT a version):

Minecraft: 1.16.4
Forge: 35.1.13
Gaia Dimension: 1.3.0

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior. This is required for easier diagnosis:

Create a Gaia portal
Enter and leave dimension
Exit game (or shutdown server) and restart game
Entering the portal again spawn a second portal nearby in both dimension (Gaia and Overworld)
New portals a spawned on each server restart

Describe the bug
The link between both portals is somehow to saved properly and the mod spawns new portals each time within a small block radius when entering the dimension again after a restart.

Additional context
For reference I have 2 other dimension mods with portals and their portal links are working correctly on subsequent game/server restarts. (The Untergarden, Mining Dimension) The portals of those mods can even be wrapped around with other blocks and they are still working fine.

I only have this issue with this mod spamming new portals over and over again once you restart. That makes it impossible to create a base camp in the other dimension because it can randomly nuke player placed blocks. I lost a small potion of my base in the overworld due to this bug but nothing to hard to fix.
