To Reproduce:
Smelt Block of Green or Red Opal in a vanilla furnace

Description
When smelted, the Block of Green Opal and Block of Red Opal turn into their gemstone variants. This is definitely unintentional, as resources are lost during the process and the ore variant cannot be smelted (#96) unlike the other gem ores.
