Currently Telepads even in the name are limited to "Short Range". This makes them not very competitive in almost all modpacks compared to other telepads.
An idea to make them more useful would be just making them more configurable (max distance / power usage) & changing their names to just Telepads - not super creative though so other ideas could also work :)
