Reproduction steps

similar to issue #159
the atomic battery cannot fit in the "battery" slot of RF powered machines in thermal expansion, nor can it be put in the enervation dynamo

also like #159, it does work in the old "three jar file" version

i have also noticed how galacticraft machines cannot use power from thermal expansion flux capacitors, though they do get accepted into the power slot
