Hi developpers,
i want to create a minecraft server and i would to use galacticraft for get the GJ. i want to import galacticraft legacy in dependencies. but the maven's link is close. https://maven.galacticraft.net/repository/legacy/

The maven repos for older versions of GC have been gone for sometime now, your only real option is to find someone who still has a copy of it, otherwise your out of luck.
