Wind Turbine should use oredict aluminum ingots

- Minecraft version: 1.7.10
- Galacticraft version: 3.0.12.504
- GalaxySpace version: 1.2.13
- Side (Single player (SSP), Multiplayer (SMP), or SSP opened to LAN (LAN)): SMP
Description of the issue:
I could not craft the Wind Turbine using aluminum ingots from Tinkers' Construct.
Clearly, this should be extended to any ingots for any recipe.
