Description of the issue:

Double-clicking on Neptune, or Uranus, then clicking on any of their moons crashes the game, and according to vanillafix, the issue is caused by "Galacticraftcore and Asmodeus core" so it looks to be a core issue. Trying to pull up the moon via the planet menu won't do anything besides zoom in on it.
