Description of the issue:
Well, placing Launch Controller near Advanced Launch Pad does nothing - it keeps acting like it's not connected to anything and rockets don't start based on specified launch conditions. While it is not a huge issue (since cargo rockets use normal Launch Pad), it's still not quite nice.
