Description of the issue:
It seems that "unbuildable area" (invisible blocks around machine) of wind turbines was copied from solar panels. Predictably, that is wrong, so seemingly unused blocks are declared unbuildable while it's possible to build where turbine blades are swinging.

2. solarStrength is unused (another leftover from solar panels), so update method is only wasting resources
