Description of the issue:

When generating new chunks on Tau Ceti F, lots of sticks appear on the bottom floor.

You can temporarily fix this bug by disabling Tau Ceti F, or set enableOxygenForPlantsAndFoods to false in config.
Seems to be a bug where plants in Tau Ceti F decay when they shouldn't be.
