Description of the issue:
Placing certain plants will duplicate them. This affects all four glow plants and the light balls plant, although light balls only give you an infinite supply of glowstone. (Video 1)
The other plants break fine; they don't drop anything when broken but give the item back if placed illegally. (Video 2)

What I think is happening is that the plants are trying to drop their loot (in the glow plant's case, its own item) but it gets duplicated because of the illegal placement check.
It is important to note that the damage value is not carried over after breaking the glow plants, making them only drop the 1st variant when broken in survival regardless of which variant was broken.
