All tools and items do not allow any persevering to work on any items also if it could get a 1.21.1 port it would be cool I've tested persevering on literally everything on 1.21 and nothing works

also on every version it only perserving only works with tools I wish I could use it on things like spyglasses and maps or just everything in general even blocks
