Taterzen NPCs incomaptible with Galosphere

Npc command leads to error something about duplicate ID 15. I contacted the dev of taterzen with them forwarding me to contact here.

Outerlayer skin (second layer of player skin) also doesn't show whiteout this mod?

I also have the same issue, it is a shame because I really wanted to use Taterzen, but I already generated a world and I really don't want to remove this mod.
