[1.18.2] Compatibility request - Spectre spawning on other types of blocks

Right now Spectres only can spawn on the specific lichen mobs, which limits how they can be used in modpacks. Is there any way to reduce the limitations on their spawning habits without having to modify the mod's internal files?
