I see 1.19.2 and below, and 1.20, but why there isn't a 1.19.4?
Latest is 1.20,1, but as so many mods have not on 1.20, I still on 1.19.4, maybe some too

will there a backport for 1.19.4 and 1.19.3 (maybe lower)?

no need anymore, can just change the dependencies and it works flawlessly
