This is the first time this has happened with utils for me

The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not execute entrypoint stage 'client' due to errors, provided by 'gammautils' at 'io.github.sjouwer.gammautils.GammaUtils'!

Is the message I keep getting

This is the crash log, ive tried taking it out and the game boots up as normal.

Looks like your Gamma Utils config file is causing issues. Try deleting it in your config folder inside the mc folder. If there are multiple gamma utils config files then delete them all.
