peanut oil teleporting when it flows

my peanut oil was flowing and at the bottom, where it would stop flowing because it would encounter a floor, there's a hose pulley. At the top there's the actual hose pulley and a pump being powered, so the hose pulley can immediatly suck the peanut oil once it reaches the bottom. For some reason, the second after the peanut oil reaches the bottom, it teleports up for no reason not even where the buckets of peanut oil where placed. Also, the peanut oil was in his flowing state. Here's a video so you can see better: https://medal.tv/it/games/minecraft/clips/kxPhidP30cs3chZrd . Here's an image on how the situation is at the top:
forgot to say that version of create is 6.0.6 for mc version 1.20.1 , garnished version is 2.1.2 for 1.20.1 , all of this on forge 47.4.2
The video seems to be broken, could you please fix it?
From what I can tell by what you've said in the issue report, I'd guess that you don't have the infinite source properly made. Does the hose pulley say "Bottomless Supply" or similar phrase? (can't remember the exact text that it displays, but it should be something along those lines)
well it doesnt say bottomless supply or any text like that, heres the video

I don't think this is an issue with garnished (since when testing, this issue doesn't occur). Have you tried putting the pool of peanut oil in prior to letting the hose pulley down? I suspect there's something going on when it checks to see if the pit is bottomless or not.
Sorry if i couldnt respond in the last days, i was busy with exams. I did some further testing and it works with every bottomless fluid only if the pump attatched to the hose pulley is being powered. should i report this to the create issues like i did here? this only works with long tunnels too.
