No filter UI on normal and pressurized conduits

Issue Description:
Is this intended? It seems a bit harsh to have no option to filter gases on anything except the expensive ender conduit. Even the base item conduits from enderIO have an option for filtering.
May just be a bug though but it seems a weird choice.
Versions (do not say latest):
- Gas Conduits: 1.2.4
- EnderIO: 5.2.66
- Mekanism: 9.8.3.390
- Minecraft:1.12.2
- Forge: 14.23.5.2847
It has been a very long time since I last touched this mod or even 1.12 in general but if memory serves I think it is probably because of the fact they can only store/transfer one gas at a time and most Mekanism machines especially in 1.12 only allow access to one gas tank per face which makes it so there was not much point.
Ender conduits teleport things, lower tier conduits store the contents in them so can only have type in them at any time. I do agree maybe it would have made sense for outputs to be able to filter and only allow specific types in them but even then you still would end up having that separator setup probably mostly clog up with one network as the conduits can only have one type in them at a time so until the separator stops due to one tank being full it won't be able to finish emptying the other type and switch to the full tank.
Either way the point is moot for now as I am no longer touching 1.12 and enderio doesn't exist on higher versions yet. Best bet would be to ask the enderio devs about adding a filter or not for them (personally I don't really care) as they have taken oven maintaining gas conduits (https://github.com/SleepyTrousers/EnderIO/tree/master/enderio-conduits-mekanism) at least as far as maintaining compat on their then as I got tired of fixing all the breaking changes that got introduced as I quite truthfully don't really care about 1.12 anymore as it is so much more of a pain to work with development wise than 1.16.
