Issue Description:

The priority system for ender gas conduits doesn't seem to work. The set priority number on the UI doens't seem to have an effect on the priority. But rather, the most recently viewed/clicked conduit side has the lowest priority.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up a line of ender gas conduits with one extract and multiple inserts into multiple tanks.
2. Set priority number on each conduit connected to a tank from high to low.
3. Notice that the tanks do not fill up in order of their set priority.
