3x3 tools do not mine lunar sand (work fine with lunar stone)

Monifactory 0.5.2 Modpack without any additional mods.

Expected Behavior

3x3 tools, like fluxbore with radial enhancement, or spade should mine 9 lunar sands, not just single one.

Actual Behavior

Mining Lunar Sand has exactly the same speed no matter what you use to mine. Mining with shovels, hammers, spades, or fluxbore is as fast as mining sand with sand, or hand.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Mine lunar sand with spade, or mining hammer.
  2. Observe that it's slow, and only single sand out of many is mined.
