spacestation to get sent to destination selected with the green magnet-strip

Actual Behavior

when packing the station, the white keycard that is spit out gets assigned overworld_orbit

Steps to Reproduce

build a space station and select luna_orbit using the green magnet-strip.

Additional Information

I suspect that spacestations are still a WIP feature, so this is more for documentation than anything else, but when trying to figure out how they work, I tried to send a space station to luna_orbit and was unable to. I noticed that along with the packaged space station, it also generated one of the white keycards, but the keycard was assigned overworld_orbit. I then launched the rocket with the spacestation. The space station did end up in overworld_orbit, not luna_orbit. I had to jump off the rocket while in overworld orbit to actually land on the spacestation, but I was able to do so.
