Ore veins sometimes not spawning

Expected Behavior

All ore veins in displayed in EMI and on the minimap integration spawn in-world, thus showing on the prospector

Actual Behavior

Some veins don't spawn ores - namely veined veins. The surface indicators spawn just fine, though.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make a new world
  2. Go to Mercury, which only has one vein.
  3. Run a prospector scan
  4. Journeymap integration shows prospected mercury veins, but no actual ores appear in the prospector.

Additional Information

Highly likely to be caused by the veininessThreshold and maxRichnessThreshold in the vein builders for each of the bugged veins. These are set to 5.1 and 5.4 respectively, when they both should be values between 0 and 1.
