Single player but it outputs a server crash

It's a custom made modpack but everything else works fine so I think it's specifically the mod

Expected Behavior

The rocket goes and into space to where ever its set to go

Actual Behavior

It goes up till about y500 where it's supposed to teleport then it makes a entite tick look so it freezes the game the instant it tries to teleport

Steps to Reproduce

I'm not sure how to
Just go into a world launch a rocket (ofc sit on it)
Then wait for it to go up to the point of teleport
Then freeze
