all machine that can store items in the mod can duplicate items if the block is broken when a player is accessing is since the gui is not closed when the block is broken

Good catch. I'll be putting up new builds for 1.10.2 and 1.11.2 soon with the fix. This will require an update to BDLib and all my mods.
