[1.12.2] Item Eject/Import Cover duplication

When you place an Item Eject/Import Cover and then break the machine you placed it on it will give you the Cover back, however when you place that same machine back in the world the Cover will still be on it and you can shift+right-click to pick up therefore duplicating the one Cover.

Sorry about the late response.
Is this still happening in current versions? The covers should drop when removing the block and not appear on it when you place it back.
