[1.7.10] Scooporator does not save block meta-data

Reproducing steps:

  • Place any hive block having meta (like Rock Hive from Binnie with meta 1)
  • Right-click with shift on hive with Scooporator from gendustry

It will give you Hive with 0 meta.
