Scooporator durability rendering bug

For some reason when I open anything like a ME Terminal (Applied Energistics), Wired Charger (enderIO), Storage Crate (Actually Additions), chest (vanilla...) or just about any other object with an inventory, no matter how much charge it actually has, the scooporator's damage bar temporarily renders as if it has full charge, and this persists until I hover the cursor over it.
Really confused me at first because I thought I found an exploit or got a full charge one initially!
