Some bees require a certain type of block beneath their housing in order to be able to mutate.

For example, MagicBees' Cobalt bee requires a block of cobalt under the apiary, alveary, or what have you in order to successfully mutate.

It'd be nice if we could add similar restrictions to new custom species added with Gendustry.
