The glass doesn't work

When I make a small box out of the GLASS and turn it on with a lever, everything wroks fine.
However, when I make bigger boxes, some blocks of GLASS don't work when I turn on the lever.
It's kind of annoying, and it looks bad and ruins the entire thing.
If you can fix it, please do.
