[Bug] Chorus doesn't appear to be consumed

Describe the bug
When mutating genes, Chorus doesn't appear to be used for GMO Cell Incubating

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make a potion of mutation: shulker
  2. Insert into Advanced Incubator with Netherite Chest and Chorus
  3. Upon recipe completion, the Chorus is not consumed
  4. Further, it seems it may not be increasing chances at all. This recipe states it's a 50% chance, but I had to run four different sets of ingredients before I got an output. RNG be RNG but of all these recipes I've done, that's a first that I didn't get at least one of the 3 potions mutated the first try.

Expected behavior
Chorus should be consumed and the chance of success increased
