Describe the bug
The Bad Omen gene is not easily used by a player

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Playing FTB Evolution 1.9.0 with Genetics: Resequenced 1.5.4
2. Add the Bad Omen gene to the player.
3. Stand within 24 blocks of a village center (easy to do over a large ocean with one villager, one bed, and one crafting station)
4. Notice that standing within 24 blocks of the village center continually refreshes the Raid Omen effect on the player.
5. Move 25+ blocks away from the village center. The Raid Omen effect will slowly time out on the player, triggering the raid.

Expected behavior
The Raid Omen effect should trigger when next to a village center, and it should time out to allow the raid to spawn while still close to the village center.

Additional context
It makes sense to have certain genes be permanent, like Jump Assist, but the Bad Omen gene should time out to trigger the raid. Maybe give it to the player for 30 seconds or fewer, then wait a minute before reapplying the Bad omen effect on the player. This would allow the effect to time out.

Edit: using /effect give Grok_DuckFarmer bad_omen 2 next to a village triggered the Raid Omen effect with a 30 second timer. When the Raid Omen effect timed out, the raid began. So Bad Omen should have a tiny timeout and a long pause before triggering again. Otherwise, the player needs to move in and out of the village to trigger it. Not a great experience.

Yeah, and it's a player-only effect that can be given to other mobs, but it doesn't work on them. Doesn't make sense really to keep it.

If it did work on mobs, I could imagine adding the Bad Omen gene to a chicken and letting it loose in the village of an enemy. :)
