Describe the bug
After obtaining a syringe with all the negative effects, I'm unable to place the syringe in the top slot in either incubator.

I am playing on a FTB Modpack FTB Evolutions. As far as I'm aware black death has not been disabled.

Very silly bug, I was checking the wrong slots for both the syringe and the potion
