What happens:

I'm using GeographiCraft to do biome generation and have some areas with ice oceans which its very easy to spot ore samples on.

What should happen:

I know that you don't want to create biome specifc restrictions, but would it be possible to blacklist ice as a block that samples can spawn on and/or make the samples spawn on the topmost non-ice block of oceans/rivers?

Additional Comments:

Yes this is similar to my other issue #160 of sample spawning in the nether, but hopefully doable moreso.
