[1.21.6] Trusted players are removed when the server crashes/reboots

Yeah.... I don't have a stack trace for this. It happens every time my server reboots or crashes though.
Can confirm my server has not been retaining trusted players upon reboot either, as of 1.21.6
I haven't had a chance to look into it yet, as I currently have influenza, however, could it possibly have something to do with Geyser? I myself have been running a cross-play Java/Bedrock server, and everything everything functioned as expected before 1.21.6
