It seems those icons are there from this mod since the duration has a toggle inside the settings, but there is no way to move them elsewhere/remove that, which collides with the tab list.

A toggle for them or being able to move it would be good. thank you

There's an option called "Effect Duration", switching that option to "no" removes the status effects.
