[Feature Request] Glowing Banner Items should have an "Glowing" line in the lore

When Picking a Glowing Banner in Creative the Item has a glowing nbt tag but you can't tell by the item texture if the banner is glowing or not so there should be a "Glowing" line in the lore for when the banner is glowing, so you can tell the difference.
