Breaking supporting block for Glowing Banners drops non-Glowing, but otherwise identical variant of those Banners

I think title is self explanatory.
Mod Version: v1.2.0
Minecraft Version: 1.19.2
Fabric Modloader Version: v0.14.12
Fabric API version: v0.69.0+1.19.2
I believe breaking the banners themselves will have the same result. I believe glow banners don't retain the glowing NBT when they are broken currently.
I do plan on making them retain the glowing nbt though.
