Mining an Urn with silk touch drops both the Urn and the random drop every time

Regardless of whether it's been placed by the player or naturally generated, an urn will drop itself and an item from the pool when it's mined with silk touch. The player can then place it again, mine it again, and get the extra drop again. Basically free items using silk touch.
