The Boreas' sword's night vision potion effect timer is stuck at 0:00 that causes the night vision to flicker in and out (vanilla night vision flickers when the potion effect gets to a low time).

Recommend increasing the timer on the night vision potion effect so it doesn't flicker constantly.
