When a filter of a golden hopper has an enchantment, only items with that level of enchantment or higher should be accepted.

This could be bad for filtering out mob grinders. For zombie pigmen, swords quickly fill up the chest, and they have random enchantments.

A golden sword would still filter out all golden swords. The change would be for using enchanted golden swords as the filter.
