The sounds goo blobs make when they do specific things.

• Deteriorate block - the sound decay goo makes when it deteriorates a block to a different type of block (stone and dirt blocks become progressively more "broken" with repeated use)
  (Currently clones random/fizz, the same sound as lava makes when cooled by water)

• Edify block - the sound earthen goo makes when it does the opposite of what decay goo does to a block.
  (Currently clones the "dig stone" sounds, which are also the placement sounds)

• Pheromone sound - the sound faunal goo makes when it makes animal entities feel in the mood.
  (Currently cloning slime jump sounds)

• Weird teleport sound - the sound entities make when being teleported by weird goo
  (Currently cloning enderman portal sounds)

• Goo sizzle sound - used by molten goo when dealing damage to things or cooking blocks, used by radiant goo when hitting entities.
  (Currently cloning random/fizz sound, same as deteriorate above)

• Primordial "Warp" sound - the sound primordial goo makes when it silk touches an AOE of in-world blocks.
  (Currently cloning endermen/portal)

There are numerous effects that don't have custom audio, but potentially could. Will work on documenting these a bit more over time.
