I need a cloudy sort of goo particle that can be colorized similar to the existing goo particles that spawn when goo splatters on things, except it would be more like a vapor. It will be used to indicate:

1. That crystals in bulbs are growing, and indicate what kind of goo they're using.
2. The particle effect of radiant goo's placed block
3. Generally for interactions, so that all interactions have at least some visual indication that they've done something or tried to do something.
