Describe the bug
If a player uses the command "/ge canceloffer" in isolation, it spits out the error "You must be a player to do this."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect to the server.
2. Type the command "/ge canceloffer"

Versions (please complete the following information, do NOT say "latest"):

• Minecraft: 1.12.2
• Mod Version: 1.12.2 - 1.4.1
• Forge (If applicable) forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2847-universal
