Players might use offensive item names or text in books.

Describe the solution you'd like
Items offered should be run by the chat censor before being stored in the database. Offensive names removed, written books should not be allowed from censored players once The-Fireplace-Minecraft-Mods/Chat-Censor#4 is implemented, books with offensive words should not be allowed to be posted on the market.
