Describe the bug
When firing a grappling hook, the item texture does not change until after it latches to a block. Instead, it should change to the rope variant as soon as it is fired. This inconsistency is most obvious right after firing a grappling hook and prior to it latching, when two hooks exist in the world (one on the item, and one as an entity).

2. Prior to latching to a block, notice the hook is still visible on the inventory texture, even as the hook entity is flying through the air
