Ok, first off I want to say that I am really enjoying the mod and am really impressed with the new rope physics.
yet I had some problems with the enchantibility config. It didn't matter which value I entered in the config, the enchantibility didn't seem to change. I had a quick peek in the source code and didn't become any wiser, it all seemed fine to me (my knowledge about this stuff is very limited so take it with a grain of salt). This is probably a low priority bug, but it limited the ability to fit the mod into my or any modpack for that matter. So I will be eagerly waiting for a fix or update.

If you are talking about trying to reduce the chance of the enchants I would recommend this mod instead, which as a modpack dev myself, would say is a must for devving.
