Feature description

I would love it if the mod not only effected the upper levels of the Overworld, but the lower level blocks as well (Tuff/DeepSlate/etc etc) as well as their chiseled/brick/polished versions :D

Ive made an edit to the spreadsettings.txt to get some compatibility in.
