Using Forge 2655 and GraveStone-1.12-Graves-1.0.14.jar

Died on a village's Grass Path. The grave generated, but it could not be placed: I could see my items floating around me, before hitting the "respawn" button. Maybe related to #256?

Once I got to the location of death, items were still floating around (including the gravestone itself).

The grave DOES generate, but it isn't placed into the ground.

(Currently trying to die there again to take a screenshot... will update when I do)
