Bug description

If someone dies from crossing the world border, the gravestone will spawn on that side of the world border. Normally this wouldn't be a problem in otherwise vanilla gameplay, but some mods implement features that may result in finding oneself on the wrong side of the world border.

Steps to reproduce

1. Be in survival mode
2. Teleport to the other side of the world border
3. Die
4. Attempt to retrieve your items from your gravestone

Expected behavior

The grave should be shunted back to the proper side of the world border.
