Gravestone 1.0.24

In survival if I use the /restore command it gives me my items, then I can go to my gravestone and get my items again, effectively duplicating my inventory.

Die.
Use /restore command to retrieve items.
Go to gravestone. Loot

Expected behavior

The /restore command to remove the gravestone. To not dupe items.

The restore command is for admins. It cant be executed by normal players
